History of Our Firm

Pistotnik Law emerged as an injury law firm back in the 1980s. The firm started as a general law practice handling all types of legal matters. After Brian Pistotnik became a lawyer in 1987, the firm started focusing solely on injury claims. Brian’s brother got into legal and ethical issues and Brian and his sister created a predecessor law firm to the current Pistotnik Law Offices, LLC legal entity. Years ago the entity was Brian and Tamara Pistotnik, P.A. That firm was created while their brother had moved to Florida the first time. That entity transformed into another legal entity, Affiliated Attorneys of Pistotnik Law Offices, P.A., but the original ownership of the firm was always Brian and Tamara Pistotnik. Eventually the Affiliated Attorneys of Pistotnik Law Offices, P.A. was closed by court order resulting from family conflict, however prior to its closure, Pistotnik Law Offices, LLC had been created to continue with the doing business name of Pistotnik Law. After Pistotnik Law Offices, LLC was created, Brian’s brother once again had legal and ethical issues, including felony charges (later dismissed), and he once again relocated to Florida, now his residence. Pistotnik Law Offices, LLC continues to proudly use the business name of Pistotnik Law and is owned by Brian Pistotnik, Brian Collignon, and John Pistotnik.
